News from the Board

New Pool House Sign We want to give everyone a short update on certain events taking place over the next couple of months. Over the past three years we have been renovating the pool house. We are continuing that process over the next couple of months. We will be replacing the last 3 wooden doors that have rotted with fiberglass doors. (Both bathrooms and the kitchen area). We will also be painting the whole building as well as replacing the siding since stains have appeared and we can no longer match the color when we make repairs. All this work will take place primarily on weekends over the next 2 months. We just want to give everyone a heads up if they start seeing trucks and people at the pool.

We will also be meeting with all the people that stated they were interested in starting a neighborhood watch. If there are any others that are interested, please let us know.
