News from the Board

New Pool House Sign As you probably already know, the pool is closed until next summer, but do not be surprised if you see people there. We still need to winterize the building and some additional work needs to be done. Just a heads up.

As we stated in last months newsletter. Now is the time to take care of your lawn. Aerate, fertilize and seed. Also, if you have mold on your homes and you have not pressure cleaned yet, it will only get worse. The weather is changing and the window to do these things is closing.

October 31st is quickly approaching, so watch out for the little monster and be prepared for the invasion.
