The holidays are right around the corner and the Social Committee welcomes you to an evening filled with excitement and whimsy. Our Winter Celebration is scheduled for Sunday, December 13th from 5:30-8PM. We know December is a busy month, but we hope you can join in for some of the festivities.
Cuddle up with your special some on a horse-drawn sleigh ride. Yes, a real sleigh! We may not have snow, but who can resist a cozy ride underneath the winter sky and past twinkling lights?
Warm up your vocal cords and join in on some caroling with neighbors and friends. If you sing a bit off-key, who cares? It’s all in good spirit.
Got kids? Well, you won’t want to miss our cookie and card decorating tables. Have fun decorating cookies with all the works. Get creative in making holiday cards for a loved one or you can make a card for a an elderly resident in a local nursing home. Make someone’s holiday bright.
If your nose is nipping with cold, there will be hot cocoa and coffee to warm you up from toes to nose.
And last but not least, a special someone will be making an appearance from the North Pole. Can you hear his jolly “Ho! Ho! Ho!” in the distance? Santa will be taking a break from overseeing the elves and will join us for Christmas wishes and pictures from 6-8 PM. So save your money at the mall to see Santa; we will have him here at Linwood Farms! He’ll be listening to everyone’s wish list. So don’t forget your cameras. Santa will smile bright with your little ones.
All festivities will be held in the Pool Parking Lot starting at 5:30 PM. Sleigh rides will begin at 5:30 PM and Santa will arrive at 6 PM. We hope you will be there with bells on!
