Many residents have made suggestions that our covenants need to be reviewed and areas need to be strengthened and other areas need to be relaxed. Any changes to our covenants need to be approved by the community, not by the Board.  Therefore, a committee has been formed to review the covenants and propose changes that reflect the needs of the community. Any recommendations will be put up for vote at our annual meeting. The Board has selected Sean Kinahan to chair this committee.
