General

1. ALL PERSONS USING THE LINWOOD FARMS COMMUNITY POOL DO SO AT THEIR OWN RISK. The Association and its agents are not responsible for accidents and/or injuries.
2. Use of the pool is only permitted during operating hours and when staffed by a lifeguard.
3. The pool is for the use of Linwood Farms residents who are in good standing with the HOA and their guests.
4. Children 14 years of age and younger must be accompanied by a parent, guardian, or responsible party 16 years of age or older.
5. All persons must shower before entering the pool
6. Only bathing suits may be worn in the pool. No cut-offs or street clothes shall be worn in the pool. Clean t-shirts may be worn as cover-ups over bathing suits.
7. Diaper-age children must wear swim diapers at all times.
8. No one with cuts, infectious diseases, bandages, etc., shall be permitted in the pool.

Guests

9. Each homeowner is permitted to host four (4) guests. The Association reserves the right to limit the number of guests at any time.
10. Residents are responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Conduct

11. No diving is allowed.
12. No foul language, running, or rough play.
13. No glass containers are permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.
14. Alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the pool or on the pool deck.
15. Food and drinks are only permitted in the areas where tables and chairs are placed.
16. Smoking is only permitted in the far left corner of the pool deck (when looking from the pool building).
17. The use of skateboards, rollerblades, scooters, etc. is not permitted on the pool deck.
18. Bicycles are not permitted on the pool deck.

Miscellaneous

19. No one with cuts, infectious diseases, bandages, etc., shall be permitted in the pool.
20. No extension cords of any kind shall be used on the pool deck.
21. Battery-powered radios are permitted only when the audio level does not disturb other guests.
22. The telephone is provided for emergency-use only.
23. During peak usage times, the lifeguard may limit the use of flotation devices and/or pool toys.
24. Chairs and tables are available on a first-come basis.

Enforcement

• THE LIFEGUARD IS AUTHORIZED TO DIRECT VIOLATORS TO LEAVE THE POOL AREA.
• Any person who violates the pool rules may lose their privilege to utilize the pool.
