NEW Grounds Committee Forming

Do you love to garden? Do you take pride in our community? The Linwood Farms HOA is looking for you! The new Board of Directors would like to form a Grounds Committee to supplement our Landscape contract by performing and overseeing related tasks within our community.

The Committee would meet at least once a month to discuss duties (as will be determined by the Board), and to assign and complete tasks. This will be a “hands on” Committee that will be doing things such as planting, weeding, trimming, planning, and more.

If you are a member in good standing* and have an interest in being on this new Committee, please send an email through our contact form-with your name, address, phone number and reason you’d like to join to the board by July 31, 2009. Chosen members will then meet at a convenient time for all, and choose a Committee chair.
