Nature Kids Who Care Club

• this club is a work in progress…
• the kids are going to be participating in organizing, leading, and following through with activities and service projects
• the curriculum and activities and designed by educators of North Carolina and all activities meet and exceed North Carolina’s Standard Course of Study for grades K-12.
• these activities are fun and promote team working and problem solving.
• we will meet the 2nd and 4th Sunday of the month, please e-mail or phone if your child will not be there for a meeting.
• our meetings will be organized and last about 2 hours from 2pm-4pm.
• we will be exploring the creek area and out lying woods area for specific projects. (not every meeting but once a month for sure)
• we are in the process of designing shirts for our club. They are polo shirts with our logo embroidered on the front. They cost approximately $18.00. (more info to come)
• please download and sign the waiver that allows your child to be under my care and that I am not liable if accidents happen.
• bring a towel to meetings to sit on and maybe a water bottle.
• I will have a first aid kit with me at all times and a cell phone. My husband will be with us on most outings to the creek and any other walking adventures in the neighborhood.
