Happy Holidays Linwood Residents,

As promised, the Social Committee was cruising the neighborhood for the Holiday House Judging Contest this Wednesday, December 16. After about an hour of admiring all our sparkling homes, we came up with 3 Most Festive Homes. While it was a tight vote on some of the homes, we are proud to announce this year’s winners:

108 Bushnell
230 Pleasant Grove
161 Heywatchis

These homes really went all-out, dared to go to the highest peaks of their house, or captured the classic winter wonderland feel. The families were surprised with gift cards to Lowes. We hope everyone had fun this holiday season taking part in the friendly contest. Don’t give up…there’s always next year!

An Honorable Mention needs to go out to all the residents who lit up Morning Sun Drive. This street really stood out for the most participation and decoration!
