Help Needed for Fall Fest

Fall Fest is one of our bigger events for the neighborhood, so we need the help and participation of residents to make it a success!

Listed below are the volunteer opportunities for this event:

CAKE WALK: We need volunteers to bring baked goods for our Cake Walk at Fall Fest. All you have to do is make a baked good and bring it to the event by 10 am on November 7 (drop off’s are fine). Keep in mind that someone will win your baked good, so you will want to use a container that you won’t need returned, such as a disposable pan or tray.

STATIONS:

1. Welcome Table: Assist with residents signing up for email updates and alerts/Supervise Candy Corn Guess
2. Supervise the Moon Bounce: Make sure kids bounce safely
3. Run Popcorn Machine: Serve popcorn to kids and residents
4. Man the Chili Cook-Off Table: Help dispense chili for judging
5. Face Painting (teens welcome to help): Paint simple pics on kids cheeks
6. Supervise Cake Walk: Assist with game and desserts
7. Assist with Games (teens welcome to help): Help run easy games for kids
