Mr. Greenfield has almost 30 years of Business experience of which the last 20 years was in mid to upper management in both major corporations and companies in their infancy. Extensive budgeting and organizational experience.

Mr. Greenfield has lived in Linwood Farms for over 7 years. He served on our first pool committee, and was elected to serve on the Ryland Transitional Board during the transfer of the HOA to the homeowners-where he advised without voting rights. He is currently also the chair of the AR Committee. He intends to maintain an open communication policy between the Homeowners and the Board, as well as act according to the voting majority of Linwood Farms homeowners
