    Time: 6:05 pm
    
    Social Committee members will kick off the Halloween Booing at the beginning of October. Residents will receive a $5 or under small fall or holiday-inspired gift and directions on how to boo the next neighbor. Hang your ghost on your window or door so people know you have already been boo'ed. Let's spread some spooky cheer the Month of October. Gift ideas can include: holiday socks, candy/goodies, $5 gift card, dollar aisle items, etc. at 6:05 pm
