PLEASE READ-CONTAINS NEW INFORMATION! The 2009 Linwood Farms HOA Annual Meeting will be held at the Charles Mack Citizens Center on Wednesday, July 1, 2009 at 7 pm.
The Agenda will be:
• Welcome & Introduction of Board of Directors
• 2008 Accomplishments
• 2009 Goals and Priorities
• Nomination/Election of TWO (2) Board Members
• Question & Answer Period
• Adjournment
If you would like to nominate yourself or a neighbor for the one of the open Board of Directors spots, please fill out this FORM
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you plan to be nominated, please get your nomination in to Cedar Management by June 30, 2009. We will be receiving names and information about all nominees to place on the website, so that residents can become somewhat familiar with nominees before the election on the evening of July 1. If you’d like to go ahead and send your information directly to us to be put on the site (pictures can be included, as well), email it to the webmaster. Check the website on July 1st for nominee information.
If you can’t be there, you can designate a neighbor to cast a vote for you using this Proxy.
